On-Line Store Policies

Price Policy

The prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Our internet prices reflect discounts of up to 25% off manufacturers’ suggested retail prices. In the event of price increases by our manufacturers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly. Some shoes in large sizes may have higher prices than listed, please call for information. While every effort is made to make sure all prices are accurate, in the event a pricing error occurs and the correct price is higher we reserve the right to contact the buyer prior to processing the item at the higher price or cancel the order outright.

Please note to take advantage of our low on-line prices you must purchase from our on-line store. The prices of our on-line store are for internet and mail order purchases only and are not applicable to items purchased in the store. On-line prices will not be honored for in-store purchases.

Order Processing

Once our customer service department has received an order, the order will be processed unless otherwise notified by email. Please no telephone cancellations.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.

Back Orders

Every effort is made to ship orders complete and on time. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will notify you of the back ordered item and ship all “in stock” products. The remaining item/items will be shipped as soon as possible. Back orders older than 60 days will be automatically canceled, unless there are special circumstances. Customers will be notified by e-mail.

Special Orders / Custom Embroidered Orders

Special/custom embroidered orders may not be returned. Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been submitted to our manufacturer, cancellations will not be accepted.

Group Orders

We have access to many items not listed in our on-line catalog. If you are interested in a dancewear or skating product not listed in our on-line store, please contact us. We will make every effort to meet your dance and skate wear needs.

Shipping

Shipping costs will be determined by the method of shipment chosen at check-out. Charges will be calculated at check-out when the shipping method is selected. Customers are responsible for all Customs fees on orders shipped internationally.

Return Policy

Returns of on-line items can be made only within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Exchanges must be for like items only. Sale items are not returnable. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Any items returned that where shipped free will have the appropriate shipping fee deducted from refund total.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. No exceptions. However, we must ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

• Must be sent postage paid.

• Please allow two weeks for processing.

• Special orders may not be returned.

• All Custom embroidery, sale items, undergarments, tights and make-up are final sale. No Returns/No Exceptions.

• Must be in new, resalable condition. Foot Wear and body wear must have all tags attached, not been worn and must be in clean, unwashed original condition.

• All items must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging which must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you.

• When making a return, be sure to ship in a cardboard box.

• Please include a copy of the receipt & the Return/Exchange Form. Form must be filled out completely and printed clearly or return processing will be delayed. Download a copy of our Return/Exchange Form (pdf) here.

Multiple Shoe and Pointe Shoe Returns

Orders for multiple pairs of the same shoe or Pointe shoes, if returned, will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge for pointe shoes and 8% re-stocking for all other shoes.

Multiple Order Returns

Orders for multiple items, (leotards, shoes, skating pants and dresses for example) if returned, will be subject to a 20% re-stock fee. Also if your original purchase had free shipping and it would no longer apply because of returns the appropriate shipping charge will be deducted from refund.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, GAFS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GAFS will also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, GAFS will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
